Escapism Musique is an independent label from Bucharest, Romania founded in early 2009, first releasing techno music then tech house, house & deep house music. Escapism Musique is trying to find ideas, and emotions, to discover new talents that can fill hapiness to listeners and all those people who in one way or another are sceptical towards our world and our work. We like to stay in contact with all artists, even if they are, or not will be part of the family. We believe that the surface of a good relationship with the music, and friendship, true friendship between us all.

2009 was a very succesful year for Escapism Musique, the label has been nominated at nights.ro awards at "best party brand in 2009" where finished on 10th place and its releases have been played and supported by media and many well known DJs.

In 2010, after 1 year of existence, Escapism is celebrating with one of its best artists, Monoroom at Studio Martin (Bucharest), and Xen (Brasov). Artists that signed with Escapism Musique this year are: Monoroom, Carlos Sanchez & DJ Ray, Felix Neumann, Strict Border, Ronan Portela, Jackspot, Manu-L and many other talented guys. Escapism is mental diversion by means of entertainment or recreation, as an "escape" from the perceived unpleasant aspects of daily stress. It can also be used as a term to define the actions people take to try to help relieve feelings of depression or general sadness.
